"Great place to stay
The staff are considerate and helpful, always there to answer a question or fulfill a need. They helped me out with every question I had, including about the hotel, about the area, where to eat, where to shop, how to get to my venue. The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, it was a great stay."

"Special touches, great staff and convenience
Staff are very receptive and helpful. The hotel has its own personal touches that make this an amiable warm place to stay ... like the chain's signature cinnamon rolls, little pieces of chocolate near the elevator and Wi-Fi and printer facilities in the lobby. The service from the staff is the icing on its cake."

My relatives have been staying at this HIE during the holidays for over 10 years. The location is perfect as we live in the area. The rooms are spacious and having a refrigerator comes in handy. The staff is courteous, helpful, and kind."

"Good value in L.A.
We drove quite easily to Santa Monica, Malibu, Hollywood, and downtown on weekdays and didn't find traffic and distance to be all that bad. Great free breakfast, and very helpful, caring staff. I do recommend this hotel for the money!"

"Very accommodating hotel in a great area!!!!
We decided on this hotel because of the location and I was not disappointed. Perfect for sight-seeing and being close to all of the action. The hotel was small but quaint and very accomodating as well. The FREE continental breakfast every morning was great:-) We had a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone."

"Superb location, great value
This hotel was the perfect location for us who were on an arts & culture weekend trip in LA. The room itself was wonderful and served its purpose of providing us with a restful night's sleep. The a/c was fantastic - it cooled up the room in no time.

Perhaps the best part was having free breakfast in the morning. Biscuits and gravy, bacon and eggs, cinnamon rolls, danish, and other breakfast pastries, cereals, and all beverages were provided. I thought that was enough to start the day right."

"Great value for location and comfort
The room was very comfortable and large. We asked to be off the main street and were accommodated. Breakfasts were part of the price of the room. The scrambled eggs and bacon were very good! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Comfortable stay, nice neighborhood
Century City is a great option if you're traveling by car and looking for a hotel as a center of your trips exploring the Los Angeles area. Though W. Olympic Blvd is pretty busy, our room wasn't too noisy to sleep in."

The hotel and our room was very clean and comfortable. We had free wi-fi, a huge flat screen TV, fridge, coffee maker with free coffee."

"Clean hotel with friendly staff
The staff are friendly and gave us lots of information sightseeing and car rental during our stay. The location is convenient enough for my stay since I am attending a conference at Hyatt hotel nearby. There is a supermarket right opposite the hotel. The shopping mall with a cinema is within 15 mins by foot or 5 mins by car."
